Fulfillment Policy
At Sunshine Achievers, our digital educational services — including tutoring, academic support, and access to AI-enhanced platforms — are delivered online. Once your payment is processed, you will receive confirmation via email, followed by access credentials or scheduling confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. All educational services are provided through virtual platforms or direct communication with a Sunshine Achievers advisor.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the allocation of educational resources, all sales are considered final. However, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where no services have been rendered, and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
To request a cancellation or refund, please email hi@sunshineachievers.com with your name, transaction reference, and reason for cancellation. Our team will assess the request and respond within 3 business days.
